2. Bookings and Payments

• Deposit is 50%

• Full payment 7 days before 

3. Menu and Customisation

• Menu Selection: Final menu choices must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event.

• Dietary Restrictions: We strive to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies; however, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

• Substitutions: We reserve the right to make ingredient substitutions based on availability while maintaining quality and flavor.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 28 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are subject to additional charges.

• Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery and Setup

• Delivery Fee: A delivery fee applies for locations outside of [designated area].

• Delivery Time: We will deliver your order at the agreed-upon time. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather) will be communicated promptly.

• Setup: Additional fees may apply for event setup and breakdown services.

6. Food Safety and Liability

• Storage and Handling: Once food is delivered, it is your responsibility to ensure proper storage and handling to maintain safety and quality.

• Liability: We are not liable for any issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

7. Event Conduct

• Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing a suitable venue, including electricity and water access if required.

• Damages: Any damages to our equipment or property caused by guests will be billed to the client.

8. Intellectual Property

• All branding, menus, and recipes remain the intellectual property of Twerk'N'Jerk. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
